Press representatives can register free of charge upon presentation of a valid press identity card or appropriate letter of assignment.
We kindly ask you to send an e-mail with your contact details to info@evi-congress.org
supported by presentation of press ID by email, fax or surface mail.
Until press ID is received and approved, press registration requests cannot be completed or confirmed.
Please register and provide your proof of press status well in advance of the Congress in order to minimise onsite queues and delays.
Industry officials and their communications agents are not eligible for press registration.
The decision of the Scientific Commitee is final regarding all press registration requests.
