EVi 08 CANCELLATION POLICY

In case you need to cancel your registration please send a fax or an e-mail to the congress organisation.

All cancellations must be send to the congress organisation by fax to +49 (0) 6078 – 931 68 79 or by e-mail to nkoebke@convents.biz.

Please be advised that cancellations via telephone can not be accepted.

Deadlines:

• refunds of fee, less a 50% administrative charge, will be applied to cancellations up to November 15, 2008
• as of November 16, 2008 no refunds will be made
• no-shows will be charged the full fee for hotel and registration
